Authorship Criteria

RESIPROKAL: Jurnal Riset Sosiologi Progresif Aktual is committed to ensuring that authorship accurately reflects the contributions of individuals involved in the preparation and publication of scholarly work. All authors are expected to make substantial intellectual contributions to the manuscript and take responsibility for the integrity of the work.

To qualify for authorship, each author should meet the following criteria:

  1. Substantial contribution: The author has made a significant contribution to the conception or design of the study, data collection, data analysis, interpretation of findings, or development of the theoretical framework.

  2. Writing and critical revision: The author has participated in drafting the manuscript or critically revising it for important intellectual content.

  3. Final approval: The author has reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript submitted for publication.

  4. Accountability: The author agrees to take responsibility for their contribution and cooperate in addressing questions concerning the accuracy, integrity, or ethical conduct of the research.

All individuals listed as authors must meet the authorship criteria. Individuals who have provided technical assistance, administrative support, funding, or other contributions that do not meet these criteria should be acknowledged appropriately rather than listed as authors.

The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all authors have agreed to the manuscript submission, author order, and final version of the manuscript. Any changes to authorship, including the addition, removal, or rearrangement of authors, must be justified and approved by all authors concerned, subject to the editor's approval.

RESIPROKAL does not accept honorary, guest, or ghost authorship. All authors must disclose their respective contributions and ensure that the submitted manuscript represents original scholarly work.
