Conflict of Interest

RESIPROKAL: Jurnal Riset Sosiologi Progresif Aktual requires authors, reviewers, and editors to disclose any actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest that could influence their professional judgment or the integrity of the publication process.

A conflict of interest may arise from financial, professional, institutional, personal, or other relationships that could reasonably be perceived as affecting the objectivity of research, peer review, or editorial decisions.

Authors' Responsibilities

Authors must disclose relevant conflicts of interest at the time of manuscript submission. Such disclosures may include employment, consultancy, financial support, grants, personal relationships, institutional affiliations, or other interests relevant to the submitted work.

If no conflicts of interest exist, authors should include the following statement in their manuscript:

"The authors declare that they have no conflicts of interest related to the research, authorship, or publication of this article."

All sources of financial support must be acknowledged appropriately.

Reviewers' Responsibilities

Reviewers must inform the editor of any conflict of interest that could compromise their impartiality. Reviewers should decline an invitation if they have a significant personal, professional, financial, or collaborative relationship with the authors or if they cannot provide an objective assessment.

Editors' Responsibilities

Editors must not participate in editorial decisions concerning manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest. Such manuscripts should be handled by another qualified editor who can make an independent decision.

Failure to disclose a relevant conflict of interest may result in editorial action, including rejection, correction, or other measures necessary to preserve the integrity of the publication.
